Please pray for the H family whose daughter has been missing for four years. The suspect in her disappearance has been lying and taunting this desperate family. There have been others lying for him as well. The police are about to close the case because there is not enough evidence. Please pray for the Lord to send this family the miracle they need now as time is running out. Pray for the police to find the evidence needed to bring this person to justice.

Please pray for a good outcome regarding a school situation. My senior son is struggling to get through one particularly hard class with only three weeks left in his last semester of high school. If he fails, he does not graduate. I am deeply troubled by this and need the prayers of all Catholic men. I can be a bit of a control freak and someone who wants to save the world, but there is little I can do except pray that God leads my son to do the work, that God inspires the teacher to give him a break, that the school pass him so we can complete his high school years on a high note. I also ask for prayers for myself and for my relationship with my son. We had a huge argument over this and it hurts me to fell so uncertain of what will happen. Everything was fine until just recently when a bad test grade changed everything. I hardly ever pray for good things to happen to me, only that I can have the strength to deal with God's will. However, in this situation, I need specific prayers that he pass this class. Please Lord, hear my prayer.

Pray that her mind be clear, alert, stable, peaceful, uncluttered, no confusion, no dullness, no unbalanced, scattered, unorganized or negative thinking. Give her clarity of the mind so she is able to think straight and able to make clear decisions. Give her a good mind, a teachable spirit and an ability to learn. Instill in her a desire to attain knowledge and skill. Please give her the wisdom she needs to choose friends who are godly. Deliver her from anyone with ungodly character so she will not learn that person's way. Take away any loneliness or low self-esteem that would cause her to seek ungodly friendship. Please pray for me to be able to understand why God is allowing so many things to happen to me health wise. I'm 53 and on permanent Social Security disability since having my second major ulcer surgery 4 years ago during which occurred complications such as a perforated liver bile duct and a perforated pancreas which has since resulted in chronic pancreatitis for which I'm on a number of heavy duty narcotic pain meds. I've also developed pernicious anemia, diabetes, and as of last December, another large ulcer for which they can do nothing more since I only have one third of my stomach left. They also had to remove about 16 inches of ulcerated intestine which has left me with malabsorption syndrome, meaning I don't get much of the nutrients out of the food I eat. Because of that I also suffer from such intense fatigue that many days I can't even get out of bed as I am just too weak. The latest is that I have completely lost hearing in my left ear and have only about 75% in my right ear. I consider myself lucky if I can get to Sunday Mass once or twice a month. I've always taken good care of myself nutritionally and by way of exercise and to my knowledge have never intentionally hurt anyone so I am having a very hard time accepting these trials God has sent me. Fortunately, my 81 year old mother and younger sister have been very supportive in getting me back and forth to doctor appointments and so have the women involved in the Ministry to the sick at my parish, Our Lady of Lourdes in Northridge, CA who also bring me communion every week. I rarely pray for myself, there are so many others who have things worse than I do but I can't help feeling like such a burden to my family and I just need prayers to help me understand all this. I beseech the Sacred Heart of Jesus, through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and those who are praying for my intentions, for increased strength and confidence to undertake the work that has been laid before me. Lord, the last two years have been the darkest of my life, but I give heartfelt thanks to You for being by my side and for helping me to live through those trying times. I have now recovered sufficiently health wise and have begun the rebuilding process which I am now finding to be excruciatingly painful and slow. In spite of the challenges, I have strong faith and hope for a complete recovery, and a life that is brighter and more robust. However, lately in my recovery, there have been times when I am suddenly stricken with a looming sense of fear and sheer hopelessness. I have also been having bad dreams. I beg You for greater faith and trust, so that I can gain control of my bleak outlook and rise above the negative feelings that paralyze me with such oppressive terror. That is no way to live. You want us to approach life as a celebration of goodness, Lord, and I wish to do Your will, only I cannot do it without Your help. In Your kindness, please hear and provide me with the mental outlook to celebrate this life You have given out of love.

O most Loving Jesus, I come before You to offer prayer for a special family member who lives on a daily basis to give of himself in service for the protection of others in highly dangerous and life threatening situations. Yet he remains unafraid and has often put aside his own anxieties and fears in order to perform his duties with a spirit of honor, selfless giving, courage, and respect for human life. On his day-to-day on the job, I ask, Lord, that you keep him safe from danger and protect him from all incidences of bodily harm. More importantly, please protect and watch over him closely on the spiritual front and call to him often, so that he can come to know You more intimately. You want each of us to know You personally, and invite us to come to You with our own free will. I pray that You will be the stronghold that my friend knows he can always depend and rely on when he needs someone by his side. May Your love for him be the driving force that brings him closer to You. Please grant my friend the grace of Your Spirit and help him to mature in ways that are pleasing to You. Protect him, Loving Jesus, with all your love for his heart is kind and gentle. He just needs a chance to know You and grow in awareness of Your great love for him.

Dear Prayer Team, I ask that you please continue to offer intercessory prayers for H who has been undergoing numerous afflictions. He has been depressed for the last seven years and has given up hope on life. At times, he is irrational and aggressive in his behavior; other times, he is barely functioning. We do not know how to reach him. He is currently in great need of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Please pray that the Lord will renew his heart and mind, and heal them so he can make a complete recovery. He rejects others' attempts to help him, and prefers to be alone and isolated. Please pray that the Lord will encourage him to venture out and interact with family members and friends. Please pray that these interactions will become more frequent so that through them, he will be psychologically uplifted and emotionally supported. Please pray that the Lord will give him the will, clarity, and motivation he needs in order to change his life. Even though he wants to do well and get on with life, he has not been working and has great difficulty keeping a job. Please pray that the Lord will touch him and infuse him with the Holy Spirit to show him where to focus his attention in order to bring about change. Grant that the Lord will bring "H" back to Him, and strengthen his love, trust, and devotion towards Him. Please ask the Lord to touch H with His grace and mercy, and bring back the happy-go-lucky, lively, well-balanced, and extroverted person we once knew.

He is an upright, moral young man who has worked for many years as a bag-boy for a grocery chain. The chain recently folded causing him to be without work for several months and desperately wants to work again. All he can do is bag groceries and transport the grocery carts to and from the store. I heart him praying in the shower the other day and said: "Please, God, You are all powerful, help me get a job." I ask for your prayers that he may get work at a supermarket that is about to open. I am living 140 miles away from my wife and son to earn a living. We do not have a home to be proud of. My family is now living with my in-laws. It wouldn't be good to continue living like this. We need to have our own abode. I would like to seek heavens help to build a house, a house for our Lord. The modest one that I am planning to build would have a maximum of 3 rooms and on the roof top there would be a prayer hall, one similar to the construction of a church – much like the shape of a cross. This would be the most beautiful place in this house. Our God-given son would cherish this place as his paths are straightened to the Lord’s service. Finance is something which has always held me back from this venture but now I have a feeling that it is time. I beseech your prayers for St. Joseph to be sent from heaven to construct this house for our Lord God. The prospective house would be the house of God and need to be constructed not by men. I ask for healing prayer for my 18 year old granddaughter Ashley. She just had a premature baby and now Ashley has been diagnosed with incurable cystic fibrosis. Her baby is still in intensive care and is stable but only 1 pound and 12 ounces. Both of them need prayer. I know that God is fully able to heal them both completely. I have a severe case of sleep apnea which falls in the 20% of cases which cannot be controlled. Over the years, trying to make the best of a bad situation, at my pace I would write one or two pages a day until I had nine books. However, with 2 million titles published in N. America every year – 200,000 of these being new titles – the competition has been unbearable and I’ve sold almost none. My Prayer Request: A complete healing for this severe apnea (now giving me constant heart pains and ruining my memory) and that at least enough of these books would be sold to get us out of debt. Both my mother and mother-in-law are having tremendous health problems. My Prayer Request: That they are able to function again and make their transitions with ease. A former sister-in-law to my wife took it upon herself to be the Executor for my wife’s mother’s will – and also put her name as co-owner of everything of my wife’s mother. Because this former sister-in-law will not cooperate (whose husband now deceased was a 20-year cocaine addict) by releasing her years of clandestine hold of everything of my mother-in-law’s, my wife cannot proceed to put her mother into a care facility, or sell her mother’s current condo, or move in any direction to help her mother. My Prayer Request: That the former sister-in-law and her new husband will release, as they should everything to my wife and son (as he will be needing his grandmother’s inheritance for college). Finally, that I may continue to tolerate living in Canada, which now has a growing behind-the-scenes pressure of anti-Christian collectivization and anti-Canadian Constitution collectivization. Daily, things are looking more and more like non-Christian Russia here. My Prayer Request: That these people will become saved, become Christians, becoming fully regenerated with the ongoing desires to turn Canada around and make it what it once was.

We are separated and she has had a boyfriend for a year and a half. We have three children: Grace, age15, Anthony, age 13, and Julia, age 11. Our anniversary is December 5th,1992. Pray that I can be the father and husband I was designed to be and that Our Lord will grant me the strength and courage and humility to Love and lead in the way that he wants through this and to protect my kids hearts. My elderly parents have had a difficult financial situation for a long time. If it weren't for my sister's assistance, my parents would lose their home and other things. Now my sister is dealing with a serious financial situation and other personal matters herself. We don't want to worry our parents with this news. I am not in a position to help them myself. I am concerned and scared for all involved. Please pray for them - we need a miracle. God Bless You.
My wife is filing for divorce. I confronted her about her drinking problem and adultery and now she said she wants to divorce me. We have two boys, 7 and 13. Please pray that the Lord will restore our marriage.

My daughter has received great news! She was accepted to be a part of this upcoming NET program. To be part of such a great program means so much for her and our family. What we need is your prayers to help us get her there. The cost is great. Like many, we are just glad to have groceries on the table, but we pray that we may walk in God's love. We pray that as we go, we may feel the spring of God's power in our steps and the joy of His love in our hearts. So please pray for my daughter's ability to bring His love to others.
I have been going through a very hard period in my life. I feel depressed and alone. In addition, I am having problems at work.
