Angelo has been active is Catholic Men’s ministries for over 10 years. He has been the coordinator for the New England and the Diocese of Worcester Catholic men’s conferences for the last 7 years. This conference attracted 1,000 men last spring and has grown over 15% each year since its inception. In addition, he is active in various parish ministries, has been a long standing member of Catholic men’s groups and speaks routinely at local men’s groups. His industrial experience includes over 30 years of numerous sales and marketing positions in the computer industry.

Vice President & Treasurer, Robert Tunmire
Chairperson, Austin Diocese Advisory Board for Men’s Ministry
Robert has been active in Men’s ministries for over six years. Beginning in the Evangelical side with Man in the Mirror in Waco, Texas and coming into the Catholic Church in 2004. He is Chairperson of the Central Texas Fellowship of Catholic Men Austin Diocese Advisory Board. Robert has been instrumental in spreading the growth of Central Texas Fellowship of Catholic Men. Robert has a passion for helping men live out their Catholic faith on a daily basis and feels that this is his life calling. On the business side, Robert has been a successful business man in the franchising community for 33 years.

Executive Director, Dan Spencer
Speaker, Business Coach and Founder of the St. Joseph Center for Men
Dan has been active in various Catholic ministries at the parish, archdiocesan and national levels for nearly 20 years. He is the Founder of The St. Joseph Center for Men and The Catholic Business Network. He is a Catholic Business Coach for executives, the Chairman of the Kansas City Catholic Men’s Fellowship and serves on both the Kansas City Archdiocesan Board of Evangelism and “My House” Anti-Pornography initiative. He is also a board member of Catholic Exchange website. Dan spent over 25 years in media advertising and marketing and most recently over 10 years as a “new media” entrepreneur, investor and consultant. He and his wife of 35 years, Linda, have four grown children in the Kansas City area.

Catholic Men’s Fellowship of California
Tom has been active in men’s ministries for over ten years. He is currently president of Catholic Men’s Fellowship of California. He has been involved in organizing men’s conferences, men’s retreats and establishing parish based fellowships. He has led Bible studies and currently co-leads a parish prayer group. Tom is on the board of Southern California Renewal Communities and is on the Budgeting and Planning Committee of the Diocese of Orange. His business experience is in management consulting with an emphasis on strategic planning.

Mark HouckCo-Founder & President of The King’s Men
Mark is a 1997 graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. After pursuing his dreams to become a professional football player following his playing days in college, Mark worked in Human Resource Management as a recruiter, salesman & production manager. Feeling called to make a difference in young people’s lives, He transitioned into a career as a counselor at a juvenile correction facility from 1998 – 2002. Upon receipt of his Master’s Degree in Education in 2003 from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Mark began his career lecturing teens on their sexuality through the ministry of Generation Life. Since 2004, Mark has shared the messages of pro-life and chastity with thousands of teens and parents throughout the United States and Canada. He is 33 years old, married, and lives in Quakertown, PA.

Co-Founder Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Greater Cincinnati & National Fellowship of Catholic Men
Kevin has been active in Catholic Men’s ministries for over 20 years. He was co-founder and past Chairman of the Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Greater Cincinnati. He has been the coordinator for the “Answer the Call” Catholic men’s conferences in Cincinnati. This conference has attracted up to 10,000 men each spring when over 4,000 men participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, during these events, to 130 confessors. Kevin is also the co-founder and president of the National Fellowship of Catholic Men. In addition, he is active in various ministries at St. Gertrude’s Parish in Cincinnati. His business experience includes over 30 years in numerous sales and marketing positions with Procter & Gamble Company.

Rev. Mr. Steven Mitchell
Deacon St. Joseph, Founder Bravehearts Men’s Ministry
Deacon Mitchell has been active in men’s ministry for over 20 years. Ordained in 2002, he serves as Liturgical Coordinator for Put Out into the Deep Men’s conferences for the Archdiocese of Detroit, (AOD), and is assigned to St Joseph Parish in Lake Orion, MI. Deacon Mitchell serves the AOD as Associate Director of Formation for those discerning a diaconal vocation. He founded New Dimension HCS in 1991, providing technical and professional personnel to fortune 500 clients.

Kevin O’BrienCo-Founder and President, Men of Christ
Kevin has been involved in men’s ministry for over six years. He is the co-founder, and current President of a fast growing men’s ministry called Men of Christ in the Milwaukee diocese. In addition, he is very active in expanding Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, and spreading the pro-life message. Kevin believes that bringing men back to the faith is one of the greatest ways to make a profound difference in this world. He was blessed to play three years of pro-football, and is now a National Account Manager for Multi-Color Corporation.

Frederick “Freddy” PiccianoCatholic Men’s Fellowship of California (CMF)
Freddy was born in 1951 in the Bronx; baptized a cradle Catholic; is married 21+ years; a father; and enjoys tennis and golf. Professional resume includes Sales – Marketing manager; Licensed Real Estate agent and is self-employed as an off-floor trader in the financial markets.
He began work in lay ministry in 1998 with the Gathering of Men at St. Elizabeth Seton in Carlsbad, CA. Then joined CMF where he served as President from 2001 – 2007; continues to serve as a member of the CMF board of directors; leads the Ambassador program, facilitates St. John the Evangelist men’s group and is webmaster for www.catholicmen.org.
He co-authored the CMF Resource Guide and has produced numerous resource tools including the recent 4 part series on “Men’s Group Formation”. Speaks often to men’s groups and is committed to help form men’s groups in the parish communities.
Favorites include St. Paul; The Gospel of John. He is most passionate about the faith and being Catholic. Vision is to one day fill a stadium with 100,000 Catholic Laymen and clergy. Greatest joy is to be able to pass on the faith to his daughter.

Board President – The Word Among Us
Maurice was the Executive Director of the National Fellowship of Catholic men for seven years. He is a Jewish convert to the Catholic faith and is active in various parish ministries, including Renew, RCIA, and Alpha ministries. He has been a speaker and part of mission teams in parishes in Calgary, Canada; conferences in Slovakia in Eastern Europe; and prisons in Maryland. He has also spoken at several Catholic men's conferences. He is on the board of directors of a Catholic magazine, for whom he has also written several articles. He has been a leader of Catholic men's groups for over 20 years. His industrial experience includes over 30 years in various management, technical, and training positions with IBM and Lockheed Martin.

Founder and Director of Emmaus Journey
Emmaus Journey is a Catholic evangelization and discipleship ministry of The Navigators conducted primarily in and through Catholic parishes. Rich is the author of five small group Catholic bible studies published by The Word Among Us, and publishes the popular study, “Reflecting On Sunday’s Readings.” He has spoken at various Catholic men’s conferences. Rich is a member of Holy Apostles Parish in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he has served as Small Catholic Communities Director, and on several parish and regional leadership positions.

Francisco “Paco” Gavrilides
Evangelization Coordinator and Catholic Men’s Conference Coordinator, Detroit Archdiocese
Paco has served as a Catholic missionary in the ministry of evangelization and the building of Christian communities throughout the United States, Latin America and other countries around the world for over twenty years. He received his STB from the Archdiocesan seminary of Monterrey, Mexico. Paco has been actively involved in men’s ministry on the local, national and international level. He is currently serving as Evangelization Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Detroit and is the Coordinator for the Catholic Men’s Conference Sponsored by the Archdiocese of Detroit.

Peter HerbeckVice-President and Director of Missions, Renewal Ministries
Peter serves as Vice-President and Missions Director for Renewal Ministries, a ministry dedicated to promoting Catholic evangelization and renewal. The call of Renewal Ministries is to proclaim Jesus Christ as the way, the truth and the life. Currently that call is being carried out through a weekly television and radio series, “The Choices We Face”, a daily radio program, “Food for the Journey”, and ongoing missions in twenty-three different countries, especially in Eastern Europe and Africa.

He also serves on the board of trustees of the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio and is President of the Legatus Jersey Shore Chapter, a group of Catholic CEOs and spouses.

Michael is active in many Catholic ministries. He is a member of the Knights of Malta and the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre and is President of the Archdiocese of Detroit Endowment Foundation, Inc. In addition, he serves or has served in a leadership capacity on the boards of many charitable organizations and foundations including the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, St. John Hospital, Cornerstone Schools, Inc., Prison Fellowship Ministries (USA), Promise Keepers, etc. He also serves as Chairman of Prison Fellowship International, which presently has 95 countries as chartered members. Michael is a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan and is a lawyer and successful businessman.
